How did yothe u start at Reinhausen and what has changed for you over years?
At the age of 40, I joined Reinhausen as a Production Manager and, over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to take on numerous additional roles and responsibilities within production and beyond. What excites me most is the commitment and innovative spirit of my colleagues – regardless of position or age – as well as the diverse tasks I’ve been entrusted with. That’s why I recommend always staying open to new challenges and being willing to take responsibility. Responsibility gives you the chance to shape things and makes the difference between simply working and truly finding professional fulfillment.
How does knowledge transfer between generations work in your team?
The secret to successful cross-generational collaboration lies in learning from one another. But regardless of age, I’ve found that knowledge transfer works best through “learning on the job”. For this to succeed, however, easy and timely accessibility is essential.
