Technical service

From maintenance and servicing to repairing tap changers for utilities and industrial customers worldwide. As a service technician, you will be part of a network of more than 200 specialists who are on the road from 31 service locations, both in your region and worldwide, working on short and medium-term service assignments (the duration of a service assignment is between 1 and 3 weeks). You will ensure that electricity keeps flowing throughout the world. You will be an expert in terms of our products and advise our customers on site, give training courses, and create customer documentation and application reports. Your tasks will also include monitoring external maintenance teams as well as analyzing and rectifying faults.Our service technicians are especially import because make it possible for the customer to experience what makes us special.

Are you proactive, have electrical engineering training (e.g., as an electrician, mechatronics technician, electronics mechanic, or similar), and are willing to travel? Are you an all-rounder with a good technical understanding of both new and old technologies and very good manual skills?Are you a client whisperer who enjoys being THE local contact for our global customers in the industrial environment, advising them on all matters and supporting them on various topics of energy supply, even during the digital transformation?
