An optimal customer experience and the extension of the physical customer relationship to the digital world are the focus of myReinhausen. With our platform we simplify and digitalise customer processes in the context of the MR portfolio.

An optimal customer experience and the extension of the physical customer relationship to the digital world are the focus of myReinhausen. With our platform we simplify and digitalise customer processes in the context of the MR portfolio.
1. Central organization
myEquipment also gives customers an overview of which MR components are installed in their various transformers at which locations. Customers can download software updates, access individual operating manuals, request services, and much more on a component-by-component basis within the context of their transformers.
2. Intelligent recommendations
With myReinhausen, customers no longer need to worry about when maintenance or software updates might be necessary. The myEquipment page proactively indicates for which of their on-load tap-changers maintenance is due and for which of their ETOS® and ISM® devices software updates are available. With mySelfServices customers can then download updates directly or use myServices to request recommended maintenance.

3. Complete documentation
The myOrders section enables our OEM customers to view and manage all documents relating to their offers and orders, thereby making incomplete and unclear documentation a thing of the past. Our operator customers, on the other hand, can access the technical documents for their installed MR components via myLibrary, where they can also upload their own files and assign them to the respective locations, transformers and components.
4. Intuitive requests
In myServices, customers have access to comprehensive information regarding selected services such as OLTC service or TESSA® FLEETSCAN 2D, and can also request services in a targeted and intuitive manner. And this is where they can also find our first online product - ECOSENSE®.
5. Direct support
With myDigitalAssistant, we offer customers a simple and continually available communication channel for raising questions. Frequent requests are answered directly by our artificial intelligence while individual inquiries are answered during business hours by our internal customer support manager or forwarded to an MR expert where necessary. And if something does go wrong? myComplaints provides an area for giving feedback.
