Founded in 1911, Messko GmbH has been part of the REINHAUSEN Group since 1999. The MESSKO ® product brand sets worldwide standards for monitoring, protection, control and automation technology. In addition, the location is also home to the technology center for sensor technology and diagnostics within the corporate group. With power and passion, around 240 employees ensure that transformers can perform at peak levels around the world and around the clock.

"What particularly motivates me in my job at Messko are the varied tasks in product development, which we solve very effectively in teamwork. In product development we are on the move in the area of conflict between new technologies and the implementation of these in innovative products. The close cooperation with our colleagues, who contribute their expertise and experience, is the best prerequisite for launching sustainable products and future-oriented solutions. The fact that the REINHAUSEN Group takes responsibility for socially relevant issues such as securing our future energy supply fills me personally with pride. I am happy to be part of the team and part of the REINHAUSEN Group. The changes that are associated at the technological level with the current challenges towards more sustainability are something we feel first-hand, so to speak, in product development at Messko. For example, I am involved in the integration of new sensors for transformers. In concrete terms, we are constantly on the lookout for relevant data to provide the transformer of tomorrow.
When it comes to crisis resistance, job security and a secure future, we employees at the REINHAUSEN Group can look to the future with optimism. The energy sector is currently undergoing a change towards renewable energies. The grid needs intelligent solutions for the new tasks and continuous monitoring in order to be able to react to changing loads and volatile grids. The REINHAUSEN Group is strongly positioned in this segment and offers solutions to ensure that the grid remains stable.
I find the team spirit particularly noteworthy. We all pull together and that enables us to master the tasks at hand purposefully and successfully. This cohesion is particularly tangible during regular team outings after successful project completions."
