Installation and Commissioning
Reliability from the start
Correct installation and commissioning of transformers is a prerequisite for future fault-free, reliable operation. With the help of specially trained teams and the necessary equipment, we support you in the installation and commissioning of your transformers.

More Information
Between differing legal regulations, special geographic conditions and various sizes of transformers, every installation service is unique and has its own challenges. You can count on our full support in this process. We help with disassembly (in the case of relocation), packaging individual components, storage and shipping, as well as transport and setup at the (new) destination.
During transport and setup, the transformer is exposed to a lot of stresses. For example, there is the risk of moisture getting into individual components during installation measures. To ensure that the transformer delivers the same performance as in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), a series of measurements and functional tests are conducted, which are then available as comparison values in the future. Combined with our installation service, commissioning represents the completion of our turnkey installation and commissioning service.
Many power transformers are nearing the end of their service life. Since the likelihood of failure also increases with age, they must be gradually decommissioned. The difficulties of decommissioning should not be underestimated. In addition to personal injury and damage to equipment, the risk of environmental contamination, for example due to leaking fluids, is significant. That is why we support you in the proper decommissioning of your transformer!
