OLTC service agreement is a premium maintenance contract that combines services and products to increase the reliability of your on-load tap-changer equipment and is concluded for a term of 3 to 5 years. 

With additional service packages, the OLTC service agreement can be individually adapted to your needs.

In case of malfunctions and problems, we offer you 24/7 support. Generally, we can be on-site at your facility within 24 hours thanks to our global service network. If being on-site is not possible, we also offer remote service for the remote maintenance and diagnosis of your problems. You can use smart glasses, a smartphone or a tablet as hardware for remote service. Our experts advise you ad-hoc from our headquarters or a subsidiary. 

On-load tap-changers are key components for reliable transformer operation. With our premium on-load tap-changer maintenance, performed by our specially trained service technicians, we ensure maximum asset availability. In addition, we offer our full service for on-load tap-changers.

 

THE ALL-ROUND CAREFREE PACKAGE

Beyond premium standard tap-changer maintenance, we reduce your complexity by offering everything from a single source. Crane provision with integrated mobile workshop as well as oil handling from delivery to disposal and preparatory analyses and final tests. All you need to do is take us to the equipment, and we'll take care of the rest.

We install state-of-the-art monitoring systems as well as intelligent sensors from our ETOS® and MSENSE® product lines for your transformers and on-load tap-changers. We not only take on the installation, but also the professional commissioning of our monitoring systems and intelligent sensors. If commissioning on-site is not possible, we can also support you from afar via remote service. As hardware for this, you can use smart glasses, a smartphone or a tablet.
In addition to monitoring systems and intelligent sensors, our range also includes commissioning of on-load tap-changers for special applications (e.g. phase shifter transformers).
