Online Monitoring
Monitoring system from MR – know what's going on
Do you have transformers in your fleet that you want to examine in greater detail? Our monitoring solutions measure and calculate the most important operating states of the transformer and its components. This allows them to fulfill all current standards. Sensors can be connected via digital or analog inputs. The operating states are displayed locally in a web browser and can also be sent to the control room using conventional control system protocols. With ETOS®, we offer a manufacturer-independent system for monitoring, controlling and regulating power transformers.
Our service includes tailored consultation, and we will gladly also provide an on-site inspection. Our trained service technicians take on the installation and commissioning as well as the replacement and modernization of your transformers.
Your Advantages at a Glance
-
With our monitoring solution, we ensure maximum availability and safety of your transformers
-
Thanks to the functional integration and modular design, ETOS® offers a complete solution for power transformers
-
With our ETOS® monitoring solutions, we also monitor bushings and the gas content in your oil (online DGA) in addition to transformers and tap-changers
-
ETOS® is designed to work with any manufacturer
-
Everything from a single source: from consultation to installation and commissioning
Transformer monitoring
Transformer monitoring
Our monitoring solutions for the transformer monitor the status of the protective devices and the oil temperature. The system voltage, load current, frequency, load factor, active power, reactive power and apparent power can also be monitored. Calculations of the loss-of-life and aging rate as well as the hot-spot are also possible. We offer other functions, such as the calculation of paper moisture content and bubbling temperature and the live calculation and simulation of overload prognoses.
Tap-changer monitoring
Tap-changer monitoring
Our monitoring solutions for the tap-changer monitor motor-drive signals and the OLTC oil temperature. Furthermore, maintenance recommendations can be provided and maintenance intervals calculated for OILTAP® and VACUTAP® tap-changers. It is also possible to calculate the contact wear for OILTAP® tap-changers. Furthermore, we can carry out vibro-acoustic analyses and monitor the OLTC torque.

We are here for you. Wherever you are.
