What did your career path in the company look like?
With experience as a Senior Application Engineer and Key Account Manager, combined with my academic background in Mechanical Engineering, I joined Reinhausen 2023 and from the very beginning I found the ideal environment to further develop and elevate my capabilities. Structured training, continuous collaboration, and a dynamic company culture enabled me to fully express my potential and accelerate my professional growth. Starting in Order Processing, I gained an in-depth understanding of internal processes, particularly through managing Non-Conformities (YWC). Since 2025, I have the responsibility of the Order Processing Team at Reinhausen Italia - reflecting my development within Reinhausen and my motivation to contribute to its continued success.
What do you value most about our culture and work environment?
What I appreciate most about the corporate culture at Reinhausen is the combination of authentic collaboration, mutual trust, and a strong results-oriented mindset. Flexible working hours play a pivotal role in helping me maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life, allowing me to plan my days more effectively and manage work responsibilities and family commitments without compromising performance or well-being. I also appreciate how this flexibility reflects the company's commitment to sustainability, as fewer commuting days reduce emissions and traffic, while working from home helps lower energy consumption at company sites. This approach not only supports employees but demonstrates a modern and responsible mindset toward environmental impact.
