Stefanie | Team Lead Motor Drive Assembly

I started working at MR in 2021 in the wiring department of the motor drive assembly. I enjoyed the work right from the start, and had already decided that I wanted to train as an industrial master electrician before joining MR. In 2022, I began my part-time training alongside my full-time job. After about a year, I was informed that there was a vacancy for a group supervisor in my department – and I was encouraged to apply. Although I had not yet completed my further training, I took the plunge – with success. Since May 2023, I have been a group supervisor in the motor drive assembly and responsible for the wiring group.

The industry in which we operate is considered extremely crisis-proof. It is precisely in challenging times that the importance of our products and solutions becomes apparent. We are constantly developing new ideas and technologies that not only secure our competitiveness but also open up new perspectives. This gives me confidence that my job is secure and that we can look to the future with optimism.

I really appreciate the flexible working hours, because they allow me to achieve a good balance between my professional and private life. If I have a personal appointment or want to leave earlier, I simply discuss it briefly with my colleagues. Everyone in our team supports each other. This creates trust and a pleasant working atmosphere. It leaves enough room for personal needs without compromising work performance.
