Reinhausen Publishes First
Sustainability Report

Voluntary Transparency on Environmental, Social, and Governance Issues

Regensburg, 30 July, 2026 – The REINHAUSEN Group is publishing its first sustainability report today – on a voluntary basis and two years ahead of the mandatory reporting requirements applicable to the company under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). With its report for fiscal year 2025, the company provides comprehensive transparency regarding its impact on the environment, employees, and society. At the same time, parts of the report already align with the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), which define the reporting framework for the CSRD.

As a globally active and influential energy technology company, Reinhausen views sustainability as an integral part of its corporate governance and sustainable practices as a central pillar of its strategy. Investment decisions, product development, and collaboration along the global value chain are therefore always evaluated in terms of their environmental and social impacts.

„Tomorrow’s energy supply needs more than just technical innovations. It requires responsibility – for the climate, for people, and for society.“

Holger Michalka, Managing Director, Reinhausen GmbH

“Energy supply requires responsibility.”

“With our first, voluntary Sustainability Report 2025, we are highlighting where we currently stand, how we are taking responsibility, and how we are systematically advancing our sustainability performance.”, explains Holger Michalka, Managing Director of Reinhausen.

The Sustainability Report describes measures in the areas of the environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance within a global context. At the same time, Reinhausen views the publication as the start of an ongoing process of learning and development. The report not only presents the current status but also identifies areas for action and opportunities for improvement.
