What do you value most about your working environment?
We work with a lot of passion on new projects and further developments. That suits me very well, because I enjoy learning new things and having lots of variety in my job! Furthermore working with colleagues at MR is something very special, because it's usually based on a very friendly basis. We support each other and stick together. I really appreciate the helpfulness that I experience, which is not a matter self-evident. This can be seen for example, when an experiment has to be completed just before the deadline on Friday afternoon and everyone really helps together to make this possible.
How do you experience diversity at MR?
Aspects such as diversity also come into play when working together - an exciting topic for me because it enables us all to learn from one another. Diversity is a way of life at MR. Here, everyone is warmly welcomed into the community and respected, including female team members, of course. Managers recognize the way we women think and work and see us as a strong asset to their teams.
What role do flexible working hours play for you?
As an employer, MR supports me very well by offering the option to flexibly reduce my working hours. I only work four days a week in summer and full-time in winter. Flexitime is also very important for my personal work-life balance, and I wouldn't want to do without it.
