Lukas Holfelner, Trainee Service Solutions

How does Reinhausen support you in developing new skills?

I am still at the very beginning of my development, but Reinhausen – and especially the Graduate Program – is providing me with a lot of support. Thanks to the close networking with the other trainees, we can combine our different areas of expertise and grow faster together. In my department, I receive targeted training to further develop my skills. In addition, I am involved in a cross-departmental trainee project for which we receive various trainings and further education courses.

Why is it important to you to work for a company that ensures the power supply?

For me, it is very motivating to be part of a company that contributes directly to the security of our energy supply. This social relevance not only makes my work meaningful, but also very fulfilling on a personal level. Since I joined the company as a trainee, I feel every day that I am working on issues that really make a difference.

How do you manage to unwind after work?

To unwind after work, I regularly go running and swimming, and in the summer I enjoy riding my gravel bike. This helps me clear my head and recharge my batteries. In addition, we trainees meet every two weeks for a get-together. This is not only enjoyable, but also strengthens communication and cohesion within the group.
