What is the most important thing for you in your job?
The most important thing for me in my job is the people around me, whether in a team, among peers, or with customers. At the same time, I love challenging projects that are innovative and offer room for manoeuvre. When these things come together, I feel good, as I do at MR.
Our new slogan is "Where Power meets Passion". Where do you experience "power" and "passion" ?
Power and passion are the perfect words to describe working at MR. Whatever the topic or the project - you can feel the energy and dedication. At MR, I meet colleagues who are highly motivated and committed and who are passionate about driving their team, their project and the company forward.
What personal experiences have you had with diversity?
Values such as diversity are truly lived at MR. In addition to friendliness and appreciation, I also experience routine and tradition. That's all part of it, as long as you don't lose sight of your openness to new paths and a positive curiosity - and have the courage to believe in the possibilities rather than the experience! Right from the start, I found a very challenging and at the same time very flexible environment here, which is great! That applies equally to men and women. When we women get going at MR, I think there's a lot of empathy involved, whether it's bringing people together, inspiring them, or cheering them on!
