How does Reinhausen support you with your personal work-life balance?
My employer allows me to give my best in all areas of my life thanks to flexible working time models. At home, I can fully take on my private role - and in my role here in the office, I am perceived as a valuable team member by my colleagues and my line manager. I enjoy coming into the office, but I also like to take advantage of the opportunities offered by mobile working, especially because family life is not always predictable!
What does diversity mean to you?
For me, diversity means always communicationg respectfully on an equal footing, regardless of a colleague's background - and seeing these differences as an asset. We are all one team at MR.

For me, “power” primarily means picking up speed, being able to really work on something with “power”. For me at least, “passion” comes naturally when something works and everyone pulls together to achieve the common goal!
