Reinhausen Asia-Pacific Sdn. Bhd. (RAP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reinhausen GmbH, was incorporated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1996. Fondly known as RAP, we serve as the regional administrative center and official representative of Reinhausen in the Asia Pacific region.
Our core functions:
- Sales for Southeast Asia: Dedicated sales support and customer engagement across Southeast Asia.
- Regional Sales Experts and Business Development: Comprehensive sales expertise in OLTC & Transformer Service, Automation, and Components for power transformers.
- Competence Center for Order Processing: Efficient and reliable coordination of customer orders across the region.
- Service Hub: Expert support and maintenance for on load tap-changers, automation and transformer accessories.
- Qualification Hub for Premium Service Provider (PSP): Training and certification for Premium Service Providers for subsidiaries in the region.
- HR Hub for APAC: Strategic HR partner and support across Asia Pacific.
Training & Development Opportunities:
- Customised Training Programs for Customers: Hands-on sessions to deepen understanding of MR technologies and service processes.
- University Collaboration: Learning opportunities for students from Electrical and Mechanical Engineering faculties, providing real-world experience and industry exposure.
