Bastian Auerbach has already held a number of positions at the Reinhausen Group over the years. After starting out in strategic marketing, moving on to a project manager position in strategy development and then business development manager, he now works with our customers as an area sales manager. Here's what he thinks his job at MR is all about.

What do you like most about your job?
Without a doubt: to excite our customers. Everyone knows that we are the global market leader when it comes to regulating current and voltage. But only very few know that we digitize and monitor the entire transformer with our solutions. We also offer services covering the entire life cycle of the transformer. It's this wow effect for customers that motivates me every day.
What would you consider to be MR's greatest unique selling point?
Our greatest differentiator is our strong market reputation. Customers trust us to find a solution to their challenges in every situation. We have earned this reputation over decades. Because at MR, we walk the extra mile for our customers.
What role do flexible working hours play in your work-life balance?
At MR, I enjoy a high degree of creative freedom and can get fully involved in making a difference. But when I need to recharge my batteries, nobody watches the time - I receive full trust and support from my line manager.
