Our support is available to you 24/7

As first contact for on-load tap-changers and the equipments of transformers, of course we are also available in regard to malfunctions - and this 24/7. It does not matter if protective devices such as the protective relay RS 2001, the Buchholz relay or pressure relief device trips or the motor protective switch on your motor-drive unit actuates - we know what needs to be done. The same is true when your monitoring system (e.g. ETOS®) or voltage regulator (e.g. TAPCON®) shows an error message or blockage. Simply describe the situation to us and tell us the type of message, for instance if it is a yellow warning or red warning. We are happy to immediately support you with solving the problem.

In which cases should you contact our 24/7 emergency support?

A protective device of the transformer and/or OLTC has tripped / triggered / responded, e.g.
+ Buchholz relay
+ Protective relay RS 2001
+ Pressure relief device (PRD), e.g. MPreC®
+ Sudden pressure relay
+ Protection device in the network, e.g. differential protection

A technical issue with one of our products leads to downtime / interruption / outage of your process or production, e.g.
+ OLTC failure / malfunction
+ Transformer failure / malfunction
+ Motor-drive unit malfunction
+ Red / yellow event / blocking by monitoring / voltage regulator
