Musikfabrik Reinhausen
Gründung
Die Musikfabrik Reinhausen ist das werkseigene Blasorchester des mittelständischen Unternehmens Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR) aus Regensburg. Die MR gibt es bereits seit über 100 Jahren – heute ist sie mit rund 3.700 Mitarbeitern Marktführer im Bereich Stufenschalter.
Anfang 2008 hatten zwei Mitarbeiter der MR die Idee zur Gründung eines Werksorchesters. Auf einen Aushang am schwarzen Brett meldeten sich rund 20 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Aus einem Wunsch wurde Wirklichkeit und ersten Proben folgten ersten Auftritte. Die Schirmherrschaft übernahm Geschäftsführer Dr. Nicolas Maier-Scheubeck.
Musikalische Ausrichtung
Das Programm der Musikfabrik Reinhausen ist stets bunt gemischt. Besonderes Augenmerk legen wir auf die traditionelle bayerische Blasmusik. Diese passt sowohl zu uns Musikern – wir kommen nämlich aus allen möglichen Ecken und Enden von Bayern – als auch zu unserem bodenständigen und in Regensburg tief verwurzelten Unternehmen, der MR. Darüber hinaus spielen wir aber auch fetzige moderne Stücke und Potpourris sowie klassische und besinnliche Lieder, z. B. im Rahmen von Kirchenkonzerten. Dirigent Klaus Ixmeier sorgt stets für Abwechslung!
Auftritte
Im Advent lädt die Musikfabrik Reinhausen regelmäßig / immer wieder zum vorweihnachtlichen Kirchenkonzert.
Höhepunkte waren bislang sicherlich das Ständchen für den ehemaligen Bayerischen Ministerpräsidenten, Dr. Günther Beckstein, zur Einweihung unseres neuen MR-Versuchsfeldes.

Alle Musiker/innen der Musikfabrik Reinhausen sind Mitarbeiter/innen der MR. Mitspielen darf jeder, egal wie alt er ist, wo er herkommt, in welcher Abteilung er arbeitet und welche Referenzen er vorzuweisen hat. Das macht die Musikfabrik zu etwas besonderem. Ob aus dem Büro oder von der Maschine, ob Lehrling oder Rentner – Musik schafft uns eine gemeinsame Grundlage und macht uns allen unheimlich Spaß! Und dass wir aus Spaß an der Freude musizieren und bei uns nicht der finanzielle Aspekt im Vordergrund steht, merkt man uns an. Grundsätzlich spenden wir alle Einnahmen aus Konzerten, alle Spenden und jeden Gewinn ausschließlich an wohltätige Zwecke.
