20 apprentices started their careers in the industrial sector - including five electronics technicians, six mechatronics technicians and six IT systems electronics technicians. Three career starters opted for a dual study program for a Bachelor of Engineering degree. In the commercial sector, two foreign language industrial clerks, one warehouse logistics specialist, one IT systems integration specialist and one "Bachelor of Arts" dual student began their professional future.
MR currently has a total of 122 trainees in nine industrial and commercial apprenticeships and two dual study programs preparing them for their future tasks and challenges in the company. The choice of a first job is one of the most important decisions in life and forms the foundation for professional and personal development. That is why MR attaches particular importance to a well-founded, sustainable and holistic training for qualified junior staff. Nine instructors ensure that the future specialists do not miss out on personal development in addition to their professional qualifications.
