C.A.P.T. FULLY INTEGRATED INTO THE REINHAUSEN GROUP
On 20 March 2018, Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) took full control of what had been the C.a.p.t. joint venture. Alessandro Serafini signed the new contracts at the corporate headquarters in Trissino in northern Italy as representative of the shareholding families.
C.a.p.t. is a world-renowned manufacturer that primarily produces sliding de-energized tap-changers. Its development and manufacturing activities are concentrated in its plant in Trissino (near Vicenza). The complete integration of C.a.p.t. serves to carry on the excellent work of C.a.p.t., further develop its products and expand its customer service. Alessandro Serafini will continue to lead and further develop the company as CEO. The team will also remain unchanged, which means customers will continue to receive support from the skilled contact people with whom they are already familiar.
