A product of success: CAPT® cable solution for de-energized tap changers
CAPT® 099 is extremely flexible to install thanks to the cable application. Not only the tap changer can be installed horizontally on the top part of the transformer, with contacts towards front, or in front of the windings, but it can be also mounted with different orientations: horizontally with contacts turned towards ground; vertically on the side of the transformer, saving space on the top and reducing the overall dimensions of the tank. The drive handle can be placed anywhere thanks to the cable.
