TESSA® FLEETSCAN 2D

The digital consulting approach for fleet management for power transformers

Power transformers are the most expensive and perhaps the most strategic assets in a substation. Accordingly, transformer operators both in the utilities and in industry are drawn to optimize their overall financial performance by maintaining a high reliability and extending lifetime at minimal costs.
With TESSA® FLEETSCAN 2D, you can see the condition of your transformers at a glance and identify critical transformers before problems occur. Asset managers and service managers receive clear, prioritized recommendations for the best possible allocation of budgets and resources.

More Information

The failure risk index reflects the short-term perspective and addresses service managers and their OPEX budget, while the lifetime consumption index reflects the long-term perspective and addresses asset managers and their CAPEX budget. As a result you can form clusters and derive your maintenance strategy according to the condition of your fleet.

Data uncertainty can arise from various factors. In addition to data availability and data age, the accuracy of the measurement method also plays a role. Depending on the criticality and condition of the asset, the asset management strategy and the risk affinity, the variable data uncertainty range can be more or less acceptable.
