The start of something new - 12 trainees received their final certificates
A new phase of life began for 12 apprentices at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR) with the presentation of their final certificates by Managing Director Michael Rohde. Together with their instructors, the newly qualified employees were delighted with the good average marks, which once again confirm the high quality of training at MR. With a great deal of commitment, the young industrial and commercial specialists were prepared for the tasks ahead and can look to their professional future with great optimism.
"We have an excellent education system and a very high quality of education - this is something very special and unique in the world. The end of education is the beginning of something new. I can only advise you to face the challenges at a young age and create as broad a base as possible through additional qualifications," said Michael Rohde. "Invest in your development and take advantage of the many opportunities offered in Germany. With their completed training, you have the best prerequisites for this."
Training manager Stefan Thür expressed his thanks on behalf of all the trainers for the cohesion in the team and the committed cooperation: "We are very happy about your positive professional and personal development. It has been a great pleasure to accompany you up to this point - keep up the good work."
This year's graduating class consisted of trainees in the occupations of electronics technician for industrial engineering, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, IT systems electronics technician, IT systems integration specialist and process mechanic.
MR employs a total of 116 trainees in ten industrial and commercial apprenticeships and three dual study programs and prepares them for their future tasks in its own training and development center. The positive personal development of the young trainees is particularly important to the trainers. Great importance is attached to respectful interaction, flat hierarchies, long-term perspectives and independent action.
