Successful start to professional life - 14 MR trainees received their final certificates

At the beginning of March, a new phase of life began for 14 apprentices at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR). After successfully passing their final exams, they were able to receive their final certificates from Managing Director Dr. Nicolas Maier-Scheubeck. Together with their instructors, the newly qualified employees were delighted with their excellent grade point average of 1.7, which is also proof of the high quality of training at MR. The young industrial and commercial specialists are optimally prepared for the tasks ahead and are optimistic about their professional future.

"Learning doesn't stop when you complete your education. Rather, you have made a new start: From now on, you will learn some things "along the way", and many of the skills you have developed will unfold gradually. Stay curious and eager to learn - there is still a lot to discover. MR is happy to support you in this process, but please also actively demand this support," said Managing Director Dr. Nicolas Maier-Scheubeck. He thanked the young employees and gave them some advice: "Young people bring fresh ideas, can shape the organization, but are also still malleable themselves. That's why we need you. Always try to move preferably along the boundaries of established knowledge, because that is where progress takes place. Venture carefully into unfamiliar territory."

Training manager Stefan Thür, speaking on behalf of all the instructors, thanked them for the great team spirit and dedicated cooperation: "It was another great time that ended with excellent results. You all made a great contribution and passed on the MR spirit to the new trainees and interns. You are a figurehead of MR. We as trainers are proud of your excellent professional and personal development."

This year's graduating class consisted of trainees in the professions of mechatronics technician, machining mechanic, electronics technician, industrial clerk, and dual students in the fields of electrical engineering and business administration. For the first time, MR trained a female cutting machine operator in Selina Lindner.

MR employs a total of 115 trainees in ten industrial and commercial apprenticeships and three dual study programs and prepares them for their future tasks in its own training and further education center. The positive personal development of the young trainees is particularly important to the trainers. Great importance is attached to respectful interaction, flat hierarchies, long-term perspectives and independent action.
