13 MR apprentices received their final certificates
At the beginning of March, 13 apprentices at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) began a new chapter in their lives. After successfully passing their final exams, they received their certificates from Managing Director Dr. Nicolas Maier-Scheubeck. Together with the trainers, Dr. Maier-Scheubeck was delighted to welcome the urgently needed and well-trained specialists as part of the rapidly growing MR workforce.
During the presentation of the certificates, Dr. Maier-Scheubeck emphasized the down-to-earth and companionable MR culture, which is characterized by quality and progress, as an essential basis for the company's decades of success: “You are embarking on a secure future - MR is doing extremely well economically and we will continue to grow. You have enjoyed an excellent education and thus laid the foundation for your further professional development. With this in mind, we are very much looking forward to your fresh ideas, your commitment and our shared path to a bright future.”
Head of HR Daniel Schmidbaur added that the personal network built up during the apprenticeship is also very important: “The importance of mutual support and camaraderie becomes particularly clear during the apprenticeship. Maintain the contacts you have made, continue to exchange ideas and enjoy your valuable work.”
Head of training Stefan Thür expressed his thanks on behalf of all the trainers for the team spirit and the dedicated cooperation: “It was a very challenging, but also a great time. As trainers, we are proud of your excellent professional and personal development.”
