Our trainees are once again committed to a good cause
Our trainees sent a strong message of solidarity with their annual raffle at the Christmas party.
The campaign, organized by the youth and trainee representatives, once again raised an impressive amount of donations, which was generously topped up to €3,000 by the management.
The amount was divided equally between two social causes. Part of the donation went to the Association for the Support of Children with Cancer and Physical Disabilities. The VKKK provides medical, social, and psychological support to affected children and young people, as well as their families, during and after treatment.
During a visit to the VKKK headquarters, the chairpersons of the youth and trainee representatives presented the donation in person. The subsequent tour of the parents' house clearly shows how valuable every single donation is in supporting those affected.
The youth and trainee representatives are grateful that they have the opportunity to support social causes with their raffle every year.
Such and similar campaigns by the youth and trainee representatives are only possible thanks to the good cooperation with the training department and the works council.
