MR honored as Top Employer
Another confirmation of the high attractiveness of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) as an employer: This year, the company was recognized as Top Employer for the first time. The Top Employer certificate is confirmation that we are on the right track and at the same time an incentive for us to continue in this direction with all our might."
The award is the result of a survey by the independent Top Employers Institute, the world's leading provider of certification for outstanding employee conditions. The certification maps a total of six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, including HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training & development, well-being and diversity & inclusion. These were surveyed in a questionnaire with nearly 300 items, then reviewed and audited.
Companies that are certified as Top Employers place their employees at the center of their corporate activities and offer an outstanding working and development environment. A total of 1691 companies in 123 countries were recognized as Top Employers this year.
