Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen honors 88 employees celebrating anniversaries
A total of 88 long-serving employees were the focus of this year's anniversary celebration at the Jahnstadion. "It is you who make MR special and fill it with life," said Managing Director Holger Michalka in his speech. All employees who have been with Reinhausen for 10, 25, or 40 years were invited. "Together, our honored colleagues have 1,840 years of service. That is pure experience, knowledge, and passion—and not just a number of years, but rather stories, successes, and shared moments," emphasized Michalka.

In front of 130 guests, he looked back on the years 2015, 2000, and 1985, when the jubilarians started at MR. He linked milestones in the company's development, social events, and personal memories of the respective decades. For example, employees with 10 years of service helped shape digitalization at MR and accompanied the introduction of the materials management center.

Those celebrating 25 years with the company experienced the transformation from a medium-sized company to a global player. Colleagues with 40 years of service "have laid a solid foundation since 1985, on which we can still stand firmly and confidently with our successes and innovations," added the managing director. "I would like to express my sincere thanks and highest appreciation for this."
A special highlight was the performance by Bavarian cabaret artist Eva Karl Faltermeier, who delighted the audience with her sharp humor and stage presence and had them in stitches.
