27 apprentices started their careers in the industrial sector - including five industrial mechanics, five machining mechanics, five electronics technicians, five mechatronics technicians, three process mechanics and four IT systems electronics technicians. Three career starters opted for a dual "Bachelor of Engineering" degree program. In the commercial sector, three foreign language industrial clerks, one warehouse logistics specialist, one IT systems integration specialist and two dual "Bachelor of Arts" students began their careers.
MR currently has a total of 119 trainees being prepared for their future tasks in the company in nine industrial and commercial apprenticeships and two dual courses of study. The choice of a first job is one of the key decisions in life and forms the foundation for professional and personal development.
