17 apprentices start their professional future at MR

A new phase of life began for 17 apprentices at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR) with the presentation of their final certificates by Managing Director Michael Rohde. The excellent grade point average of 1.6 pleased the young industrial and commercial specialists as well as the trainers. This once again confirms the high commitment of the apprentices and the quality of the training.

"You have worked with a lot of discipline to take an important first step in your education and have achieved great results that you can be proud of. Maintain your willingness to learn and make the most of your opportunities. Challenge yourself and make sure you have as broad a foundation of education and training as possible. We are very happy to support you in this," says Managing Director Michael Rohde. "More knowledge ensures more possibilities, more opportunities and more happiness in life - and that's what I wish for you."

Training manager Stefan Thür expressed his thanks on behalf of all the trainers for the great team cohesion and dedicated cooperation: "We as trainers are proud of your very positive professional and personal development. You are prepared in the best possible way for the upcoming professional challenges and will certainly master them as well as the training."

Three apprentices received a special honor. Georg Faltermeier, Maximilian Neißendorfer and Martin Hufnagel were awarded the Kerschensteiner Medal for their 1.0 grade point average in vocational school.

This year's graduating class consisted of trainees in the professions of mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, IT systems electronics technician, industrial electronics technician, process mechanic, office management assistant and IT specialist for systems integration. MR employs a total of 116 trainees in eleven industrial and commercial apprenticeships and two dual study programs and prepares them for their future tasks in its own training and further education center. The positive personal development of the young trainees is particularly important to the trainers. Great importance is attached to respectful interaction, flat hierarchies, long-term perspectives and independent action.
