Start into the professional future. Nine apprentices received their final certificates at MR.
Nine apprentices at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR) started a new phase in their professional lives when Managing Director Wilfried Breuer and Training Manager Stefan Thür presented them with their final certificates and IHK skilled worker letters. Together with their trainers, the young skilled workers were pleased about the once again good grade average, which was achieved together with a lot of discipline and commitment.
"I would like to commend you on behalf of all the instructors. You were a great and very committed cohort that faced all challenges and mastered them brilliantly. Take advantage of the opportunities to apply your acquired knowledge and continue to develop in such a positive way," said Stefan Thür.
Managing Director Wilfried Breuer added: "You have mastered the first step with flying colours - don't stand still. Even as a managing director, you learn something new every day; the learning dynamic has increased significantly in recent years. Actively deal with the new processes, tools and the resulting opportunities and remain flexible and open to change. As an employer, MR offers them excellent opportunities for professional and personal development."
This year's industrial graduating class consisted of trainees in the professions of IT systems electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial electrician, cutting machine operator and warehouse logistics specialist. At present, a total of 115 apprentices are being prepared for their future tasks in the company in nine industrial and commercial apprenticeships and five dual courses of study. As a globally active family business, MR offers a wide range of development opportunities at home and abroad. The positive personal development of the young trainees is particularly important to the trainers. Great importance is attached to respectful interaction, flat hierarchies, long-term perspectives and independent action.
