MR honored as a top employer
Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH has been recognized as a Top Employer 2024 for the third year in a row. This certificate is further confirmation that MR's employees are at the center of the company's activities and that MR offers an outstanding working and development environment.
This globally recognized employer seal allows us to compare the performance of our organization with that of other top employers. This year, 255 questions had to be answered and documented on topics such as personnel development, management culture, employee communication, health and benefits and feedback culture. The review and audit were then carried out by the independent Top Employer Institute.
Especially in the areas of personnel development, working environment, corporate strategy and attractiveness, MR's ratings are far above the benchmark.
