    “While reading the newspaper back then, I came upon an ad for a job at RI looking for someone to take on the responsibilities of service activities in Italy. I said to myself, 'That's the job for me.' Then, after 6 months, I started at RI as a service manager. And that's what I still am today.

    The thing I like about my work at RI is that I have such good reputation among my customers. After all, it's important that the customer has confidence in me.
