"When I moved to MR over 16 years ago, I found out about the retirement provisions straight away. In addition to my company pension, which is fully funded by MR, I've set up a private pension too and opted for the direct insurance and pension fund options. At the same time, I took up the offer of occupational disability insurance from MR. It's very important to me that I'm financially secure should I suddenly no longer be able to work.

I really appreciate the fact that MR is helping to ensure that I'm well provided for when I retire or should I become ill. So I feel they are looking after me well and that I don't need to worry about the future at all."
