To live up to this standard for the long term, we pledge to operate a management system in accordance with the DIN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 international standards and to integrate the requirements of workplace safety (specifically those in accordance with OHRIS) and to continuously evolve the system.
Furthermore, we fulfill all requirements of KTA 1401 (certification for nuclear power plants) and the standards of the ATEX directives applicable to us, including DIN EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 for explosion protection products.

The objective of "zero defects when the customer receives the product" requires safety, reliability and stability throughout the entire process chain (from the supplier to the shipping department). The factors of quality, costs and deadlines determine our everyday efforts in striving towards optimum customer satisfaction. In order to accomplish this, we conduct surveys at defined cycles to determine customer satisfaction and to derive process and product improvements where necessary.
As a manufacturer of durable capital goods, we handle natural resources in a responsible manner within the boundaries of technical and economic possibilities.

Waste that cannot be avoided for technical or economic reasons is recycled where this is financially responsible; otherwise, it is disposed as stipulated by law.
