我们的目标:可持续发展
全球电力工程行业正面临着前所未有的最大挑战:向可持续供电系统的持续转型——克服供电安全、生态和经济之间的矛盾。我们正在运用全部的专业知识来实现综合能源转型的成功。除了开发面向未来的技术外,还包括调节脱碳和盈利能力。这是为安全、经济和生态的电力供应创造可持续发展的唯一途径。
通过将社会发展目标相应地纳入我们的企业战略,并持续调整我们的产品组合,我们使这一目标成为可能。作为一家拥有全球业务的公司,我们正在适应国内和国际立法者的各种法规以及相应的广泛政治举措。我们的客户也关注可持续能源基础设施的开发和运营,因此在许多情况下,他们有雄心并承诺实现“净零排放”目标。因此,我们需要提供有关公司和我们产品的碳足迹信息。此外,我们还提供了可持续发展和合规组织信息、我们与供应商的交易以及供应风险信息。
作为一家世代经营的家族企业,我们致力于实现联合国的可持续发展目标。我们可以对目标7、8、9和12作出特别重大的贡献;此外,我们还为实现可持续发展目标3、4、5和13做出贡献。我们始终将这八个目标纳入公司战略。为了巩固我们对可持续发展的承诺,我们于2023年4月加入了联合国全球契约组织(UN GC)。

与研究机构、大学和学校的密切合作表明了我们对卓越的追求。由公司所有者资助的 Scheubeck-Jansen基金会明确表示将致力于促进科学和教育的发展。

MR诚信热线For the fulfilment period until 30 June 2027, it was determined that the proportion of women in the Executive Board and in the second management level below the Executive Board (the so-called management circle), which currently do not include any women, should be kept constant. Due to a lack of suitable female candidates, this target cannot yet be increased in the current fulfilment period. When awarding corresponding positions, the focus is on candidates who, based on their performance and skills, have the most promising prerequisites to represent the interests of the company in the best was possible. This is supplemented by a diversity strategy that considers professional and educational background, age and gender, among other things. In order to achieve an increase in the proportion of women in the company, targeted measures are to be continued, which will naturally take time to take effect. Our aim is to provide women in the company with the best possible individual support, in line with their development prospects and individual potential. Starting with the reactivation of the women's network and personal career start-up support, we will further intensify our commitment in 2024 with special programs. Among other things, we will offer leadership training for high-potential women and an optional orientation seminar for all women in the company. The coaching and mentoring modules have been also already implemented.
At the first management level below the Management Board (authorized signatories), the target figure to be achieved by December 2023 was defined as 17%; target achievement as of 31 December 2023 was 20%. In the financial year ended 31 December 2023, the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board was 30%. The target for the fulfilment period until 30 June 2027 was set at greater than or equal to 30%.
