I appreciate various aspects of my job. One important factor is the versatility. The fact that RPC is a small but dynamic company means that there are many different topics that I work on. That makes it very diversified. I am also trusted to take on responsibility. Last but not least, I really appreciate the friendly and supportive atmosphere with my colleagues.

RPC is currently in the process of developing from a niche manufacturer of composite hollow insulators to a full-service provider of innovative high-voltage insulation technologies. The technology department has therefore developed several new products in the last three to four years, such as overhead line insulators and GIS bushings. In addition, the technology transfer to the new joint venture in India was accomplished. As we are only a small team, none of this would be possible without power and passion. EEveryone in the team is fully committed, supports each other and adapts quickly to unforeseen circumstances.

I acted in theater for many years, especially throughout school and university. Playing theater has always fascinated me, putting myself in the shoes of different characters and shaping them, the excitement before and the joy after the performance. Performing together also unites people, because you can only create a harmonious picture on stage if you all work together. This is also very transferable to the world of work. In addition to theater, I also had a small excursion into the film business. I was allowed to play an extra in a James Bond movie.
