Which event in your career was particularly significant for you?

A real highlight in my MR career so far: shortly after joining the company, I had the opportunity to support the global introduction of a new CRM system at the subsidiaries. I was able to get to know the different locations and train our people in Australia, South Korea and Russia in the new system. This was a unique opportunity to get to know my colleagues and the local culture.

How is diversity and work-life balance promoted at MR?

For me, MR is a company where values such as diversity are reflected in our day-to-day work. The diverse talents and interests of our employees and their individuality count and are recognized as potential and opportunities and are also used to advance our organization. In addition, a balance between work and private life plays an important role for us. Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely make it easier for me to reconcile family and career. Working with appreciative, understanding managers and team colleagues also promotes work-life balance.

How has the advancement of women enriched the company?

Ambitious promotion of women in our company according to the motto "Power up the future with your creativity" enables us women to develop our creativity, because women can enrich the culture and work in the company with their skills, their specific perspectives and their personal style. A balanced mix of genders in the teams utilizes the different skills of men and women - benefiting employees and the company.
