Dynamic compensation systems

Dynamic systems come to the rescue whenever rapid load changes cause dynamic influences on the voltage at the connection point, or whenever a highly sensitive voltage control is required. This applies to both public and industrial power supply systems. Rapidly changing load characteristics that typically occur during the operation of arcing furnaces and mill trains affect the line voltage just as much as the dynamic load characteristics that occur, for example, in traction power systems. For this the dynamic reactive power compensation can be combined with an active filter function.
