1. In-company assignments

Here you will get to know all the departments relevant to your program as well as their functions and operational procedures.  Moreover, you will take on responsibility for your own first projects.
Possible scope of work includes: Sales, controlling, accounting, development, construction, experimental field, human resources, material management, installation, parts manufacture.

2. Cross-company project work groups

You will be responsible for your own projects within a network of other well-known companies in the region, projects that will be important for your future position. A professional mentor team will support you. This will enable you to acquire skills and know-how and make contact with up-and-coming young executives from other companies.  The topics of the projects include such things as knowledge management, the potential of the Internet for commercial purposes, economic statistics, in-company communication or age-appropriate workplaces.

Our trainee program is offered twice a year: Starting times are 1st April and 1st October respectively.
