Technical training center
Training with a practical-orientation is very important to us. That is why the design of the machines in our training center is identical to that of the machines in our production – state-of-the-art technology. If machines are updated in production, the same happens in the training center. You learn the actual work sequences on the production islands in the training center, where you work in teams.
Courses and seminars
Scores of other offers promote your personal and specialist development. To begin with, there is a one-day event for the “new recruits” to get to know each other and where our basic code of practice and the way we work in the plant is explained. In addition you can take specialist courses in the office programs or apply for an English course. Other seminars offer you the opportunity of learning how to present contents clearly and in an easily comprehensible way. Every trainee in the REINHAUSEN Group also takes part in a four-day seminar: here you learn what the term customer proximity means, just how important quality is and how to work successfully in a team.
Youngsters’ recreation room and sports day
Sometimes you just want to hang out together. That is why our trainees are allowed to use the plant’s own recreation room for youngsters. You can use this room to chat about what’s new in the day-to-day life of the plant, for example, or about private matters without fear of being disturbed. There is ample chance for keeping fit: The sports day is a particularly good opportunity; this is when all trainees meet up either to take part in a football tournament or to play volleyball. Everybody usually gets together after this to chill out over a barbecue.
Help with preparing for exams
Even the clever ones among us who learn quickly still have some unanswered questions. Our in-house lessons are the place to ask these. Our trainers will be glad to help you. In addition you can take part in examination seminars and training courses at the Chamber of Commerce. You really will be playing it safe then. As a rule we take on all trainees once they have passed their examinations.

It is not without reason that our trainees are among the best in Germany. Numerous recognitions and prizes attest to this. And it is not only the trainees. Our trainers, too, have been awarded for their work. Five professional trainers work full time in the workshops just for you, in other words their time is spent exclusively watching over how and what you learn. And this does not mean only your specialist areas, but also includes social competences such as how to find your role in the group and how important it is to pass on information. They make sure you get the best start in your professional life.
