In other words, the high standard of quality of original MR parts is also reflected in its outside covering. And the new packaging in MR design not only impresses with its ultra high-quality look but also offers you a wealth of advantages. Because you are getting even more quality with the new packaging.

08.03.2010 Satisfied customers around the world: MR makes donation to Unicef What do our customers think of MR and what areas still need additional optimization? To answer these questions we ran a worldwide customer satisfaction analysis again last year. What did our survey show? We were able to improve our results in many categories and our customers gave us good marks throughout.
In comparison to the 2006 results, there was particular improvement in customer satisfaction in the areas of customer support and delivery time. Again we did not offer our customers a gift in return for their participation in this customer satisfaction analysis and instead promised to donate 5 Euros to Unicef for each interview. 1263 interviews resulted in a total donation of 6315 Euros which MR rounded off to 6500 Euros.
