Trainee program
The MR trainee program - the ideal basis for your personal success story!
Our trainee program is aligned mainly toward graduates of technical degree programs and is usually set up for a time period of 18 months. (Time deviations are possible on a project-to-project basis).
What awaits you
During your time as a trainee, you will go through different stations and can thus get to know different areas of MR. Optionally, you can also request an assignment at one of our subsidiaries abroad. In this way, you will gain, alongside wide-ranging expertise, an international network from which you can benefit in your future work at MR. For every area of job duties, we offer you an individual orientation plan in order to lead you to your tasks and projects in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Additionally, you will benefit during the entire time period from comprehensive supervision by an experienced mentor. In regular conversations, you will get constructive feedback on your personal and technical development, which we foster through training sessions and seminars. In determining the direction in which you want to further develop yourself, a large part will be in your own hands.
