Supply chain management covers the value creation chain from procurement, manufacturing and assembly to logistics. Our employees in supply chain management ensure the timely delivery of our products while maintaining the highest quality standards. Additionally, they provide production-side input for innovation.

What awaits you

As a MR employee in the supply chain management segment, you work in a modern machine pool and at high-quality workstations which, in terms of equipment and ergonomics, are state-of-the-art. The broad range of technologies used and the high depth of manufacturing provide a wide variety of tasks. In our work, we are oriented toward the principles of lean management. We are always eager to continuously improve our processes and to eliminate waste in order to further optimize throughput times and to fulfil our high quality demands. This only works in a team with a flat hierarchy, in which employees work together openly and honestly and incorporate their ideas. That is why our teams also include group moderators, who contribute to resolving any problems and conflicts together in the team.

What we expect

For the supply chain management area, we are looking for colleagues who bring reliability and flexibility with them, alongside technical understanding. Because group work is part of the MR day-to-day work, we also expect excellent team orientation. Employees of the assembly, manufacturing and logistics work areas should additionally have the flexibility necessary for working in shifts.
