Compensation and benefits

Of course, we reward the skill and knowledge of our employees with bonuses and benefits that far exceed the wage contract. For us, this has been a matter of course for decades: We give our employees a share of the success we achieve together.

Most of our employees are subject to the wage contracts of the Bavarian metal and electronics industry, which are among the most attractive in the sector.

  • The holiday bonus, proportionate to length of service at the company, is up to 55% of monthly pay
  • 30 working days of vacation per calendar year, including a vacation bonus of approx. 70% of monthly pay
  • Employer contribution to pension plan in the amount of 26.59 euro a month (13.29 euro for trainees)
  • Individual average weekly working time of 35 hours
     

MR offers its employees compensation that lies significantly above the already attractive pay scale. For example, we offer profit-sharing bonuses, performance-related bonuses and give subsidies for professional development and educational leave.

Pension plan

MR offers its employees a company pension which is financed exclusively by the employer. Additionally, MR subsidizes a private pension plan with deferred compensation which can be completed as direct insurance, pension, and relief funds.

Insurance

MR insures its employees free of charge with a company accident insurance which covers accidents both at work and in private life.

MR cafeteria

"Good and cost-effective“ is the motto of our staff cafeteria, which, at the Reinhausen location, is operated by MR and not by an external service provider. In this way, our employees can select and enjoy different menus which change daily or a free small meal during evening, night and weekend shifts.

Discounts and grants

Our employees benefit from a multitude of discounts in sports and other free time activities, and are even financially supported by the fellowship fund and their employer at special events such as their wedding.
