Then you will find us the ideal place to start. Our international trainee program prepares you for international assignments in the REINHAUSEN Group. To achieve this you will be given ample opportunities for specific training and personal development. The international trainee program is scheduled to last 18 months. Whereby six months are spent in one of our foreign subsidiaries. The time spent there offers you the chance of building up an international network for your future field of activities in the REINHAUSEN Group. In addition you will work on exciting topics in other specialist areas. To a large extent it is up to you to decide the direction in which you would like develop.
We place great importance on you adapting to your new job with the aid of mentors who will support you all the way. There will be talks at regular intervals in which you will receive feedback as to your personal and professional development.
We offer the international trainee program in the fields of sales, marketing, human resources and development once a year starting on 1st April.
