The new Electronic Pointer Thermometer is an all-rounder: it activates or deactivates the radiators, depending of oil and winding temperature. This intelligent cooling control improves your transformer efficiency and saves maintenance or replacement costs.
OL means that the device indcates the oil level also. The CT module allows to get two additional winding temperatures. Thus the most important transformer data is logged and MTeC® is a real monitoring device. Remote indication is also possible, via RS485 also the connection to a substation control system. In addition, the Easy-Set function gives you preset parameters according to IEC60076-7 and ANSI standards.
Several units are already in operation in various countries. The picture on the right is of an EPT202, installed at one 20MVA power transformer in Sarajevo (Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine).
