The plasmabrush® system of the first generation is the world’s first cold.active atmospheric pressure plasma tool for effective surface activation in industrial applications.
The new, patented technology is based on the plasma generation by means of a dielectric barrier discharge. The basic unit consists of the plasma generator with the patented functional principle and a suitable power and gas supply unit especially developed and manufactured for this system. The housing comprises the gas mass flow control, the electrical power supply unit and the system control (Siemens SPS SIMATIC S7-300). System functions can be set via the control panel and viewed on the display. All major functions are monitored.
